Reset
Holidays
Reset Holidays was born in April 2023, after nearly a year of deep exploration and studies about nature, wilderness, and what it truly means to connect with the world around us. The post-pandemic period inspired us to take a fresh look at life, re-evaluate our priorities, and finally follow a long-held dream: guiding people through landscapes, sharing stories, and creating experiences that spark curiosity and learning.
The name Reset Holidays comes from our time during internships across Finland. Our first experience showed us clearly what we didn’t want to create—mass tourism, rushed schedules, and impersonal group experiences. The second taught us what we do want to offer: authentic, sustainable, and mindful experiences that allow travelers to truly connect with nature and themselves.
We invite travelers to explore the North across all seasons, discovering a side of Scandinavia that goes far beyond Santa Claus and the Northern Lights. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, exclusivity, presence, and sustainability, ensuring each journey feels personal, meaningful, and memorable. While winter holds its own magic, we do not offer or promote winter holiday packages. Instead, we focus on the other seasons, where the landscapes, light, and natural rhythms create unique experiences that are fully in tune with our philosophy.
After three years of careful learning, growing, and maintaining financial stability, we are proud to offer responsible holiday packages across Finland, Scandinavia, and the Baltics. Every trip we design is an invitation to slow down, immerse yourself in nature, and rediscover the joy of travel in its truest sense.
Our expert local guides speak French, Spanish and English. Additionally, depending on guide availability, we offer language support in Finnish, Catalan, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Swedish.
Ecological durability
01
We follow the existing paths and trails and preferably walk in line, on the narrow trails. We make our best to leave nature as unchanged, after our visit. And as the slogan says “Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints"
Financial development
02
We improve our resources and material efficiency, by following the principles of the circular economy. We look for recycled solutions nearby and consider the limits of the Earth.
Social development
03
We follow the municipality’s communication about their region. We attend to local events and get to know people. We participate in the activities, like volunteering and support the local events and happenings.
Cultural development
04
We visit local museums. We talk to locals to get to know more about the history and the culture. We ask politely and we are genuinely interested in others. We respect differences, and we explain how things work here, in comparison to other places, for example. We always ask for permission if not sure.
