any other payment method offered by Reset Holidays.
4.2 Bookings via a partner platform

Depending on the platform used, payment terms may differ. Reset Holidays receives the payment for the service in accordance with the agreements concluded with the respective partner platform.
These Terms and Conditions remain applicable to all provisions that are not expressly governed by the specific terms and conditions of the partner platform.
4.3 Direct bookings of stays, tours and trips
For stays, tours and trips booked directly with Reset Holidays, the following payment terms apply:
-
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Modification of a reservation
Any request for a modification must be submitted in writing and will be assessed by Reset Holidays based on availability and operational feasibility. Reset Holidays will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee that all modifications can be made.
An administrative fee may be charged.
Any fees imposed by hotels, transport companies, activity providers or any other supplier will remain entirely at the expense of the Traveller.
Reset Holidays cannot guarantee that a change will always be possible.
6. Assignment of the travel contract
The Traveller may transfer his or her booking to another person who meets all the necessary conditions to participate in the trip.
The request must be made in writing at least 10 days before the departure date.
Any request received after this period may be refused when the changes are no longer technically or operationally possible.
Any transfer incurs a flat-rate administrative fee of €50.
Any additional costs charged by transport companies, accommodation establishments or other service providers will be borne entirely by the Traveller.
The initial Traveller and the beneficiary of the assignment remain jointly and severally liable for the payment of any sums still due.
7. Cancellation of the booking by the Traveller
Any request for cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail or any other means that allows proof to be kept). The date of receipt of this request will be used to calculate any cancellation fees.

8. Modification or cancellation of a service by Reset Holidays
Reset Holidays makes every effort to ensure that the services are carried out in accordance with the announced program.
However, certain circumstances may make it necessary to modify or cancel a service.

-
full refund of monies paid where paid directly to Reset Holidays;
-
an equivalent benefit, where available.
Reset Holidays' liability is limited to the reimbursement of the service in question. No reimbursement of additional costs (transport to the place of departure, nights booked separately, loss of income, etc.) can be demanded.
