About Akseli
My name is Akseli Innanen, but you can call me Aksu or simply X.
I am a Finnish citizen who has had the privilege of living and studying in Spain and Mexico.
As an adventure educator, I have transitioned from being a city boy with dreams of becoming a professional footballer to a passionate advocate for experiential learning in nature.
My mind finds solace in the majestic fells of Lapland, my heart is deeply connected to the ancient forests and mires of Kainuu, and my feet wander along the rocky shorelines of southern Finland. The sight of shriveled old pine trees perched on shore cliffs brings me a sense of awe and reverence, while the delicate beauty of the rosebay willowherb captivates my admiration. In the realm of mushrooms, the terracotta hedgehog holds a special place in my heart. When it comes to fruits, the tangy cranberry is my ultimate delight, and the graceful hare's-tail cottongrass is my favorite plant. As for seasons, winter holds a special enchantment for me.
Through my experiences and deep connection to nature, I strive to create meaningful and transformative adventures for those who join me. Let's embark on a journey together, where we can explore the wonders of the natural world and forge lasting memories in the embrace of the great outdoors.
See you soon!
